Maui Jim Shows Boundless Generosity

We are extraordinarily grateful to have the continued support and commitment of Walter Hester, III, and the Maui Jim Ohana. Walter’s personal donation of $75,000 and Maui Jim’s gift of $75,000 have made a tremendous impact on our ability to serve those who cannot afford the cost of care and services.
Over the years, Walter has been not only financially generous, but also gives selflessly of his time and tremendous talents. Walter first became involved with Hale Makua Health Services as a Trustee of the Hale Makua Foundation Board over a decade ago, and has consistently remained active with the organization.
Tony Krieg, CEO, stated that “Seeing the level of growth and success that Walter has achieved at the helm of Maui Jim, while always maintaining the same values of quality, respect and aloha spirit, has been an inspiration to me as we move forward in meeting the ever changing healthcare needs of elders and disabled individuals in the Maui community.”
