National Nutrition Month Celebrates the Flavor of Eating Right

March is National Nutrition Month! Since 1980, National Nutrition Month focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and sound eating and physical activity habits.

This years theme, "Savor the Flavor of Eating Right" encourages everyone to enjoy the taste and flavor of food while still maintaining a healthy diet. Take time to enjoy food traditions and find creative, healthful and nutritious ways to add flavor to food.

We appreciate the hard work that our Nutrition Services team does day in and day out to make sure all of our residents and clients have delicious and well-balanced meals everyday.
