2023 Charity Walk

Join us in this year’s 44th annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk on Saturday, May 6th and receive a free Hale Makua straw hat with a minimum $100 donation.
Here’s the info:
In-person Walk: Saturday, May 6th, 2023. The walk begins at 7 am at War Memorial Special Events Arena.
- Support Hale Makua in the Maui Charity Walk with online donations and text-to-donate options on MobileCause: bit.ly/hmwalk23
- Choose to donate to Hale Makua by clicking the “Register or Donate” or
- Create your personal online fundraiser by clicking the “Join this Team” button.
- Complete the online registration form including online donation payment information and “SUBMIT.” (You may choose if you plan to walk (minimum of $50 donation. Add an additional $50.00 (total $100) to receive a free Hale Makua straw hat at the event).
- Then, SHARE your fundraising page on social media and with everyone you know to get their support.
- Or you can text Maui2873 to 71777 (msg and data rates may apply)
- Register as a walker by (minimum $50.00) by Friday, April 21st
Hybrid Online via MoveSpring, Monday, May 1st through May 6th:
Register to walk online and receive your invitation email to access the virtual walk platform - MoveSpring. You can link your fitness device to help track your progress and stay connected. Virtual participants can participate in daily challenges with a chance to win prizes.
Prizes:
To qualify for prizes, participants must register online through the Hale Makua team page or submit your official walker form with the minimum online registration or donation of $50.00.
