- Education & Training: Educating all staff, residents, families, and doctors about Luana through detailed and concrete training. Spreading the word about Luana to the general public.
- Identifying key players/motivators on each neighborhood to keep the Luana spirit going, help support our mission, and implement our guiding principles.
