For each person that makes a purchase through Amazon Smile between now and June 15, 2014, Amazon will donate an extra $5 to your designated charity. Prices on Amazon.com and Smile.Amazon.com are exactly the same, and Amazon Prime still works.
Signing up for Amazon Smile is easy and only takes a few steps to setup:

Type in Hale Makua Health Services as your designated nonprofit.
